Shannon Bright is a Paris, New York & Los Angeles editorial and advertising photographer. She has been published in ELLE, GLAMOUR, Solstice, SELIN, Artell, Moveaux and PUMP Magazines. She holds a BFA from the University of Texas. Shannon is a world-class storyteller, creating iconic imagery with dramatic impact.
In 2012, Shannon launched Studio West 98, a portraiture studio that specializes in high school senior portraits. She is recognized as one of the top photographers in that industry, and has been nationally featured and published in the senior photography market. Shannon still runs that business and continues to take a few senior clients every year.
Influenced by photographers such as Annie Leibovitz, Richard Avedon, Patrick Demarchelier and Helmut Newton, it was inevitable that Shannon would feel the desire to transition to fashion photography. She began compiling her fashion portfolio several years ago and has never looked back!
Shannon enjoys creating imagery that is feminine and timeless. She is inspired by nature, the feminine form, fashion and unique beauty. She also enjoys working with new models and helping them build a top-tier portfolio.
She lives in Texas with her husband, two sons and three dogs.
